This practice is the most unprofessional and non compassionate medical facility I have ever been to. Waited an hour, never was told there was going to be a wait or anything. When I did “ring the bell”to speak to someone (no receptionist in the lobby), I was told it was going to be another 45 minutes. Asked to speak with the manager, she was incredibly rude and never once apologized. All she could say was “ma’am if that was your husband whose appointment went over you’d understand”. I brought my brother here this morning for an appointment, which was at 9am. Have been here since, and he has not even been seen yet!!! What is the purpose of setting an appointment up, if the Doctor himself can't be somewhat punctual. This is ridiculous!!! 😲😠😠😠
Worst ever. He does not care if you feel pain, criticized me the whole time.

Dr. Peacock is so sweet as well as all of his staff. I’ve never had dental work done but he has put me at ease before having to schedule to get my wisdom teeth extracted.
Although I'm I'm minor pain now. The staff was great. Dr. Peacock really put me at ease and the last thing I remember before going under is laughing with him and the nurse. Even the lady next to me in the waiting room helped ease my fears.
