😲Imagine my shock 7 weeks out from delivery of our second child when Heather at Peachtree Women's Specialists told my wife we would have to find another doctor due to their accounting error! All of this during the covid -19 pandemic.
Recommendedwe have experienced only the highest professional and personal service..they are excellent.
Peachtree Women’s Specialists has impacted my healthcare from young adulthood to present motherhood. I became a patient of Dr. James Knoer in 2012. Over the years I’ve brought a number of health concerns to Dr. Knoer. The absolute worst experience today trying to cancel an appointment. Tried to call last night when I knew I was to sick to make the 2 hour drive to the clinic. Answering service refused to take a message, tried to message through the patient portal - no way to send a message, called when the office opened only to be put on hold for 11 minutes and kicked over to voice mail and NOW I get an auto call that says please call us at (no number given) your account may reflect a $50 no show fee. The doctors here are AMAZING but dealing with the billing department is a complete NIGHTMARE!! Never again will I be going back.
They were great! I'm sad to have to leave the practice due to insurance but I'm glad I picked them for my first pregnancy. They were detailed and always called back in good time. I really enjoyed being there! Thanks so much for the care you all gave and I'm excited about my birth experience!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend Peachtree Women's Specialist to any expecting mother, or woman. If you need any paperwork or documentation from the front office, you're out of luck. Despite messages left, and daily phone calls, no one will return my calls. Even the office manager. This is my second pregnancy with the practice, and the second time that the office staff and management have fucked up in regards to insurance and paperwork, and have been less than professional to both myself and my husband.
