We signed up for a termite bond and pest control. They weren’t supposed to charge our account until the services were done. They came out and did the termite part but no one ever came to do the pest control even after contacting them and rescheduling. No one showed. Today they charged my account for both services and pest control was never done. *Update* They were very quick to respond to me and have rescheduled the pest control appt. Will Jones has been most responsive to my requests. He even went out of his way and hung my bee traps which added to his work day. Always very pleasant to work with.
I had not had a termite inspection done in a few years. I first contacted another Pest Control company and all they wanted to do is "upsell" me more expensive products they were offering!!! Also, that particular company said, they could not do the inspection because of an unreasonable minor problem, BUT, they could treat the house for $250.00.
