Tried to rent, Unprofessional Staff. Staff removed monies from my bank, sent three different copies of lease with three different dates, then said needed more information. I asked for deposit back. It has now been 2 weeks and the staff are refusing to answer my phone calls (They have caller ID). Very unprofessional and have been referred to my attorneys.

DON'T MOVE IN HERE Horrible place to live, only good thing is price. But hey you get what you pay for, and nothing is more real of an example than this place. I've lived in the Buckhead area for 4 years now and now I realize why this is so much cheaper than everything around it (third location I have lived at in Buckhead). Because its GARBAGE!! You have an administration office that will never pick up the phone, then they allow maintenance and other workers to do construction and gardening prior to 8am so if you work a late ... read more

RUN AWAY!! I have been living here for over a year now. Random employees have keys to my apartment and just walk in whenever they want. I was a sleep one afternoon and their employee walked into my room. I was half naked! I have not had a goods night of rest in over 5 months, they always are doing some kind of maintenance and yard work going on early morning.
