Its getting worse. The new Manager is unresponsive, doesn't answer her emails. I've been repeatedly raising up issues through e-mail but nothing, not even a 'message recieved'. like shouting in the void. Ive been killing roaches every night like clockwork since may. the parking was absolutely no problem here, until they made it one, just to paint a stupid number on the ground and charge people 15$ more a month. Maintenance sucks I had black mold growing out of my ceiling for months before anyone came and did anything. My shower knob broke (cheap pos), and my dishwasher broke and was supposed to be replaced 3 weeks ago. Very slack management.
Love it here! Great apartment complex with a really great location, I feel very safe walking around the area on myself. The place is well kept and probably has the best maintenance crew I’ve experienced, any problem is fixed that day. Nice pool area, apartments are spacious and modern. The only downside is the mosquitos but I don’t think it’s really much more than any other place in Georgia. Walls are a little thin, but again not unlike any other apartment complex I’ve lived in - if you want silence I would recomend a house.... read more

Excellent Maintence Team and Apartment The maintence team here does excellent work. Everytime I have a service request they come out right a way to fix the issue. Dave did an Excellent job on fixing my toilet. Fred did an excellent job at fixing my closet and laundry door. They always come right away, they fix the issue and they are very professional. I enjoy living at this property and I really appreciate everything they do.

Excellent Customer Service + Great Staff While it did not work out at this building, Grant was a wonderful property manager and went above and beyond my expectations. 5/5 if you’re in the Buckhead area please allow Grant and the team to assist you!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! This is by far the WORST apartment in Atlanta I have ever lived in. It’s unsafe, the walls are paper thin, and management cares more about money than they do their tenants. You better pray you don’t get a someone in their early 20s as a neighbor (Good luck, that’s most of the people here) because you will hear EVERYTHING. Even on the opposite side of your apartment with the door closed and bathroom fan on. So good luck sleeping. Roach infestations are horrendous. We had so many roaches at one point it ... read more

Trash Stayed here only because of the location and proximity to my job. It was just a horrible experience overall for the amount I paid for a 1-bedroom apartment. I have Never left any bad reviews before but this complex is just unacceptable. It's trash. Do not rent here!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! 1) insects, mosquitos & bugs are everywhere. 2) rats and other unhygienic animals. The location and price cannot be beat I've lived at Peachtree Park about 10 years now. Just renewed lease again. I hate moving. The price and location just can't be beat. It's an older community so of course there are not many amenities. Which is fine with me. I've lived in places with lots of amenities that I never actually used. We have a 2 pools, 24 hour gym and package lockers. That's enough for me. Units are large considering the price and location. Over the years I have seen a lot of staff and management come and go. STAY AWAY!!! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. STAY AWAY! Giving a fully honest review, there are a few good things which is why we chose them in the first place: Pro's 1) The location is great, in Buckhead and close to everything, and price is lower than many other places. 3) They are "dog friendly" with no size limit which is great for my lab-mix who was turned away elsewhere for being over 50 pounds.
