The whole team including Doctor McDonald were fantastic, timely and professional.
I received a shot of steroids. The next day I review my patient portal to see what shot was given to ensure it does not interfere with my breast feeding and it was not there?? Only listed the xray that was done during my appointment. So I called and asked could they add that to my portal, any medication given to a patient should be listed on the patient portal, for safety reasons! Very disappointed with Dr Finney. He agreed to do a partial denervation on my feet but after the procedure and only getting maybe 5 to 10% pain relief he refused to try again even after I pointed out that many surgeons have to do a follow up procedure to achieve the 70 to 80% pain relief threshold. He accused me of grasping at unrealistic hope. I asked if he was sure he cut the right nerve and after reciting his extensive anatomy experience he touched my foot in 2 spots saying as a matter of fact you should feel nothing here... read more
