The actual care from the nurse and doctor was excellent. However, everything else was frustrating. I got there early and saw a sign posted on their door that said make sure you pay for parking or you'll be towed, so I went back and made sure to pay ahead of time. As soon as I walked in, they told me to make sure and scan a little code to validate my parking. I pointed out the sign and she was like "well you'll know for next time." After I met with the doctor, I waited about 45 minutes and finally poked my head into the hall ... read more
