Summary: scheduling failure and poor front desk handling, so didn’t get to see the doctor I had an 8:00 AM appointment with Dr. Mehl on March 25 that I scheduled on March 15. I received a confirmation email, completed all required paperwork online through both email and text links, and showed up on time, only to be told the office does not open until 1:00 PM. After waiting for this appointment and planning my schedule around it, I was turned away with no prior notice. The response from the front desk made the situation worse... read more
Simply put, I wish I didn't have a problem with my shoulder, but since I do, I am very glad Dr. Kercher is taking care of me. He is a wonderful doctor.
