I called the office 20 minutes before 5 p.m. to make an appointment, and they hung up on me. Someone answered, leaving me on hold for over 10 minutes. They close at 5 p.m. I'll have to call back the next day.

Surgery is unfortunate,, but this place is top notch. The entire team is phenomenal, especially the nurses. Kind, funny when appropriate, and informative. I see Dr. Reddy in Alpharetta, and I highly recommend him and the team here at the surgery center.

I want to thank Dr. Reddy and the surgical team (Stephanie, Emih, Dr. Goldsmith, Brian, Mai, Sappia, Katelyn, Jackie and Kelli) that worked on my knee replacement surgeries that I needed over the last 3 months. The care that I received during surgery as well as pre and post surgery was excellent. Had surgery here on my hip. I was apparently the last surgery of the day. The staff was nice but I felt as if they were kicking me out when I wasn’t truly ready. I got dizzy while walking around but they had already hurried up and removed the sheets from my stretcher and taken it. They waited a few min to wait take my BP so it was already better by the time they took it. Walked me again and I still got dizzy but it apparently was time to go and they sent me on my way. Felt like the experience could have been better.
