My visit was great with Dr. Schiff.
Dr. Schiff’s team took X-ray views my GP did not and I was able to see exactly what was going on with my spine and giving me two plus years of chronic lower back pain. Dr. Schiff explained everything well and gave me a full treatment plan along with different options I could try.
Dr Schiff found things several other orthopedists missed. He covered all the bases and understands the health insurance game. I happily drive past a lot of orthopedic offices to get to him.
Dr. Schiff is very professional, thorough, has a great personality, but above all, is highly skillful in doing spine injections and procedures. I came to Dr. Schiff after a horrible experience with spine injections at Resurgens where I had the most pain in my life when they did the injections. Over the past 4 years, Dr. Schiff has done 9 procedures on my back. All with ZERO pain. I have had multiple lumbar disk injections, facet joint injections, facet join RFAs, and SI joint injections. Dr. Schiff always takes his patients with a clean, fresh view, no matter how many other doctors may have seen or treated them before. I value that very highly. He sees each person individually, and considers him/her as such, with careful consideration and physical, hands-on examination. Dr Schiff was very professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him to anyone experiencing back pain.
1st, off I caught the elevator from the 1st floor to the 7th floor. I had no idea what to expect. Upon my arrival, the experience was amazing. The saff from the front door, all the way to the back was the greatest experience, ever walking into a doctor's office. This location gave me the experience, and knowledge about my injuries and x-rays. Dr. Schiff covered everything, that was needed to help me get healthy and to recover. Everyone that we spoke with within this practice was great with the exception of the person taking the intake questions once I was back in the room. Her attitude was bad enough I actually considered leaving. She even wrote the information down wrong in the records. With that said once Dr Schiff came in with his assistant for the day he totally redeemed the entire practice.
