This office is a nightmare when it comes to billing, we have insurance and we filly pay the co-pay as well and got a receipt. Again we call them, followed up, and call and double-checked twice but the text messages keep coming .. I don't know what's going on with his office. but when you try to call the main office to remind them again you cannot get a human being this thing keeps going on forever in circles. Avoid

First off, when I made an appointment I explicitly let them know that I have Severe Degenerative Osteo Arthritis bone to bone in my right hip & in my right elbow. And that I'm only looking for a Pain Specialist to get the correct medication to help manage my excruciation pain, all day every day. And I do not want any type of surgery, because I'm tooo old & tooo "FAT". Because my PCP can only prescrice a certain level of dosage.
