Okay folks I have an issue... On April 15th , I went to the Multiple Sclerosis Center of Atlanta. Within that place they have another Dr. office called Peachtree Neurological Clinic. They (the lady at the window, who's name is Sheila) told me since I was a new patient I would have to pay $350. I did and asked what the $350 covered.
