My mom has a $65.00 fee that I was not made aware of. They didn't disclose that the office doesn't take regular Medicaid leaving her with a fee. I asked in a phone call before coming to the first visit and I was told yes. I was told by their staff that they do take GA Medicaid. I'm pissed about this fee. We won't be back. While I figure out a way to have it paid.

Took my husband in and was turned away because they had met their patient capacity for the day. Absolutely ridiculous!!! How can you be an immediate care and turn people away due to "capacity".... I can see where their priorities are and doesn't seem to be for the welbeing of their patients. 👎

Wait time was minimal due to scheduling an appointment online. Staff was super friendly. Was diagnosed and out the door with prescription in less than 30 mins. Will definitely visit again in the future
Great service! Long wait time! The Dr was very great! Definitely best Urgent care I've been to.
