This place and the staff is a joke. Very rude and unprofessional!
My 77 year Old Diabetic Aunt was seen for a Covid Test. Tested Positive. No questions asked. Set up a Tele Appt for three days later that never took place. Thank goodness the Health Dept Called to check on her because this location was not concerned at all.

I was able to secure an appointment for 5pm for a head and backache. i arrived and was told I could not enter the building because that was covid symptoms. the first lady said she would see if someone would come and swab me carside. A few mins passed and one of the providers came and told me sorry they don't look at what appointments are booked for as I asked why nobody called me to cancel. Although it was very difficult to get an appointment bc of the high demand, I just had a wonderful experience from start to finish getting a rapid Covid test at this location. Everyone was kind, upbeat, and efficient.
