Extremely rude and unprofessional staff (except the doctor). Front desk wouldn't answer the phone. Waited over an hour to be seen and then another hour waiting in the exam room. After I learned I had strep throat I waited on this rude lady to come give me a shot. She didn't come into my room until I opened the door to the exam room to figure out what she was doing. Appointment availability was great. Online registration and check-in were convenient. Front desk staff and nurse were efficient. Dr. Beck was thorough and took time to explain and answer questions.
I visited the Peachtree Immediate Care November 11th, 2025, and was disappointed by the service I received. My vitals were taken but there wasn't a chair in the exam room for me to sit on. As a health educator, it's not proper protocol to take a patient's blood pressure from an elevated place like an exam table where the patient's feet can rest on the ground.
