Customer service is terrible. Front desk is not sure of important information. Was there almost two hours still didn’t be seen and the front desk seem to not know how much longer it will take. Unacceptable.

I scheduled an 11:50 AM appointment for a pre-employment drug screen. After waiting 40 minutes, I asked how much longer the wait would be. I was told 30 more minutes. I should have known the wait was going to be horrendous when two young ladies left without being seen and politely asked the front desk to just cancel their appointments. I imagined my wait would not be too bad because I am only presenting for a lab draw and do not need to see a physician.
