The young lady who took my x rays (not sure of her name) was very nice and personable, and my PA Racheal was very nice as well. The reason i know her name is when I was leaving, she advised me that if I had follow up questions, I could call and she gave me her name again. I've been to a few urgent care centers and I've never had any medical practitioner do that.
Really wish I had listened to the reviews and never came here . But since I didn’t want to drag 3 children to the ER with me and I was tired of suffering this place was 3 mins away I decided to give it a try I mean how bad could the service really be? I’m paying out of of pocket so Atleast I wouldn’t have a bill for a couple thousand of dollars hanging over my head …. Smh lesson learned
Every one was professional and respectful. I wish I didn’t have to wait as long as I did (because I was in pain) but I can see that they take time to make sure every patient is attended to properly so I can’t fault them for that. Thank you everyone!!
