I had a confirmed appointment at 6 PM and ended up waiting over TWO HOURS before being seen. Not a single apology, no updates, no respect for my time. The doctor rushed me out like I was nothing after I’d already wasted my entire evening sitting in their waiting room. Why even bother scheduling an appointment if they treat you like you don’t exist? On top of that, they completely messed up my prescription. It wasn’t sent when it was supposed to be, and I had to wait another TWO DAYS just to get what should have been handled ... read more
Excellent care from the front to the back. Very personable and efficient.
I had a sinus infection. The PA prescribed OTC Sudafed. A week and a half later, with a temperature and sick as a horse, I went to Piedmont Urgent Care where they prescribed amoxicillin. Emory should stay out of the urgent care lane.
VERY nice staff members... Efficient MD/Appreciate her explanations Physical Environment NEEDS cleaning up... to include outside and waiting area
