Poor doctor (Dr. Zuniga). No attention to detail. Sells you on (optional) imaging and refuses to do a dilation if you don't get imaging. The accuses you of not being prepared if you don't agree to imaging. Did not discuss any test results with me. Did not ask me about my vision or any concerns regarding it. HORRIBLE. No concern. Get you in, get you out. Only plus, was the staff is wonderful. The doctor is the worst I've experienced BY FAR. Checked with others, and they also received the same imaging spiel. Staff was excellent..I had to redo eye tests for not following instructions..They were patient...I will return to them for future optical needs
Everyone experiences won't be the same. I'm actually very surprised by the reviews I've read. I started in the Alpharetta office and saw Dr. Zuniga. She was very professional, thorough and personable. I had a follow-up visit with her at the Lenox location and was equally satisfied. She called to check on me as a follow up to a neuro visit...when does that ever happen?! I appreciate her and I'm very thankful to have received her services! This place is awful. Gave me contacts, I told them they didn’t fit. They told me they did. Irritated my eye. I asked to be refunded for the appointment, they said they would order me new ones. I go to pick up the new ones and they said I needed to schedule another appointment. Can’t release them because they need to check the fit. The fit was wrong to begin with and you screwed it up! Pure incompetence. Save your time and money. Scammers.
