This company is unethical. My insurance company is disputing their invoice. They billed for equipment they didn't use and for services they did not perform. They have put a lien on my home because their invoice, as it stands, will not be paid in full. Poor ethics and unprofessional. After they came in and did their work I still had moisture levels above what was acceptable, and mold was found in several locations where they said there was no moisture. Do not call these people, you will regret working with them.
All the guys are extremely nice and very helpful! As much as I want my house put back together, I really will miss all of these guys from Greg and his crew (destroying my house) lol to John and George (putting it back together) and Willy who made sure we were taken care of to the best of his ability! Peachtree Emergency Water Removal charged me $1800 to remove some water from my crawlspace with fans and a dehumidifier. When I noticed the dehumidifier wasn't working I called them twice but never got a call back. A good portion of my payment was for the working commercial dehumidifier; so I basically paid a lot for not much of anything. My experience with Emergency Water Removal so far has been really bad! The damage to my house was inspected over a week ago and can you believe they are yet to send me information of the findings and the cost for repair! this is despite my frequent calls and reminders! I will let you know of when they finally respond. This is just unbelievable.
