Dr. Khan is wonderful but that doesn't help you as a patient if you can't ever get through to schedule appointments or refill prescriptions. Repeated calls and messages go unanswered and portal accounts are never set up so you cannot reach them that way either. I even sent a fax that was successfully delivered but no one ever responded.
