I've been going to Dr. Schuster since 2002 and even after being called back on active duty I still schedule appointments with him as much as my time and location permit. My most recent visit with him in July verified the fact of his knowledge and professionalism; the prescription I received for contact lenses in my current location required that I also have reading glasses. I just literally left this clinic and the ladies at the front desk are so helpful and so nice! I feel comfortable everytime I come to this clinic and the doctor is really great. He always makes sure to take care of any of my needs and questions!
I was far from satisfied with my MANY experiences with this office over the course of about 5 months. I originally went to them bc I needed glasses ASAP (I had lost mine in the ocean). I could have gone to Lenscrafters the next day, as that's when they had the next available appt & left with glasses. But Dr. Shuster said he could do same day LIE!!! He could see me right away but it would be at least 3 days until I could pick up my glasses. They had to replace my lenses sever...Continue Reading
Dr. Schuster is one of the kindest and most thorough Doctors I know…..I am a PA so I know who is good and who isn’t…..I left the practice one year because I was working 60 hours a week and went to an Opthalmology group…..a VERY LARGE one that was just an elevator ride away….I was disappointed and never received the attention that Dr. Schuster had given, so I quickly learned my lesson and went right back to him.
This is really disappointing after three years of going here and seeing Dr Schuster, and actually liking him. However, I've NEVER been to a service provider of any kind that would cancel an appointment 18 hours ahead of time for a non emergency. I took a day off work to take care of this at one particular time and then YOU cancel on me for no good reason last minute. Good riddance, I'll be finding another doctor. Shame on you.
They are my favorite. I went to someone else because it was close but soon realized what I was missing. Helpful people and doctor who knows what he is doing.
