I used to go there first time I went wasn’t too bad noticed a scratch on my car afterwards figured it might’ve happened beforehand and I hasn’t noticed went back a second time and again noticed a new big hit that even chipped my paint definitely not going back anymore
Staff did not run my car through the wash. Thought I wasn't watching, threw some water on the hood from the back of the washer, and then drove car around the building as if it had been run through. The front staff then wiped it down like there was nothing amiss. I then watched this happen again with the next customer's vehicle. I stopped going here after this incident and hope my review will caution others to pay attention here.
