Poor on safety of the residents. Poor on resident assistance. Poor on management. Unprofessional and rude staff. The cost of living is not at all justified. Sorry to say, but would not recommend.
My kitchen is always flooded with garbage disposal water that's flushed down my apt drain from the floors above me, and the management doesn't see this as an emergency. So for 48 hours I don't do dishes, I stay in a house with horrible smell and gross water all over my stuff, I also can't use my own sink and dishwasher even though I paid for it. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT THINK THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. The wooden flooring will go bad and then they'll cut my deposit money. The Connor group office is either always closed, won't pick... read more
When i lived here i always feel not safe. The gate always broken, and i have some friends live here they suffered burglary, but leasing said camera were broken. And this leasing always cheat us. They asked us pay rent fee even though we have already finished our leasing term. bad business, terrible living environment and nosie is loudly.
Everything good but recent incidents of house break will jeopardise the image of this apartment t if serious measures will not be taken. There were no security here and many hate broken/open. Why the management is sleeping over this issue??????
Decent apartments. Not sure they would be my first choice
