I was told I would be seen and have xrays after my cleaning. This was not the case and I was asked to make a second appt. for this. As an employee, this is very inconvenient. I also declined several pricey options that I didn't deem necessary and the attendant was very unhappy with me for doing so (but isn't it my money?). She moved me onto accounting to settle my bill and they had to tell me I would have to make a second appointment. The hygenist just left for lunch without as much as a thank you.

Jessica Brown is the BEST assistant! She always puts me at ease and explains everything that is going on...and she is extremely personable.
Dana Shroeder is very thorough. She informs me of all conditions. She discusses ways that I can help prevent problems. I am very pleased with her. She has a great personality. She is a joy every time I visit. The ladies at the front desk were, as always, very helpful and friendly. I cannot think of any way the visit could have been better. Thanks, Richard Davis.
I can,t remember my dentist's name, but she was a caring, professional and very courteous person. She made my visit a comfortable experience. My dental work is excellent. Don't change a thing. Thanks a lot.
