I felt the ball was dropped regarding medication I was to take prior to the visit. When I called for clarification Diane appeared to be rude and indifferent. I requested a call from the dental assistant that was present during the first phase of my procedure and I was told by Diane she was with a patient . Heather basically told me there was a miscommunication as if I wasn't capable of understanding or expressing myself. we we not greeted as we came in because the young lady had stepped to the back - she came in and was very pleasant and cordial. i felt sorry for her and the entire staff when a man came in with his wife and daughter. the man obviously had a tooth ache, his jaw was sticking out, he was rude the the receptionist - SHE REMAINED CALM, PROFESSIONAL, AND PLEASANT.........i would have asked him to leave --his attitude was uncalled for! she did everything to appease the man, but i could tell her feelings were hurt. i am glad i wasn'... read more

Every person I have ever met and talked to has always been very nice. I have always been relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Howell is a great dentist and such a nice person. I appreciate everyone so much!
