Summer 2016 we used Peach Inspections prior to buying or home — they were amazing. Professional, exhaustive, detailed, honest. Their report was returned to us quickly and was v. comprehensive. They have been right on the money (ha ha) regarding repair or replacement costs. We’ve used it as a “bible” for home maintenance and repair.
Peach Inspections did a very thorough home inspection. As first-time homebuyers, we greatly appreciated the detailed information the inspector told us as he inspected all aspects of our home. Just a few hours after completing the inspection, they delivered a full, detailed report containing pictures and information about everything tested. I used Peach Inspections for my home and my son's home. They are extreemly professional and use state of the art technology. I think I know a lot about the condition of a home but I'm amazed with their knowledge. My son attended his home inspection and was educated by the inspector of the systems and preventive maintenance tasks he should do to keep things in "tip top" shape. They also perform wood infestation and radon services. One stop shopping!
Dan conducted a home inspection for my husband and I a few years back. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I was amazed how at the end of the inspection, the written report was in my hands. No waiting to find out if there were problems. He was able to navigate us through some tricky issues, and help us realize that some issues were better addressed by us when we took ownership. I would never consider buying a house locally without Dan's input.
