They are the worst and will lie about giving your deposit back, I would never do any kind of business with them! It’s one big money grab and very greedy organization! Do not plan on getting a deposit a back, I repeat u will not get a deposit back no matter how nice U leave the property
RecommendedHiring Peach Blossom Properties was the best decision I made in 2018. I own multiple rental properties in Texas and have used several different management companies. Without a doubt, Peach Blossom is the best. The onboarding process was smooth and seamless. The property listing as very polished and professional, and the service to me (the landlord) and my tenants is amazing. Even better – Peach Blossom’s fees are lower! Highly recommend!
As a vendor, I've had the pleasure of working with Julie and Melody for a while now. Melody is very responsive and professional, and makes sure every job goes smoothly from start to finish. I love working with her! We had a very expensive piece of equipment disappear from a job site, and Julie didn't hesitate to make sure it was replaced, so my company didn't have any lost revenue because of it. I HIGHLY recommend these ladies, and look forward to doing much more business with them in the future!
