A change needs to happen. Do you know how CRAZY it is to be on a over year long wait list just to get a check up? What is going on? Also your customer service line needs some training regarding clear communication. I was simply trying to make sure I was on the wait list, and the woman who helped me was rude and acted like I would have known I was going to be waiting a long time. Here is America's health care problem in a nut shell.
Horrible service and terrible collections. they are predators.
I've tried to make an appointment to see a counselor a few times and I had problems talking I'm disabled...and the people were not very kind...helpful...patient. I want to to see a counselor and it's very hard for me.whats up with this??? Sad really😱😔
