After my boyfriend was forced to go there and was deemed fine to be released, he was forgotten about in a plain room with no phone, no clothes, no entertainment for 3 HOURS. The person attending him knew I was hoping to get in but also neglected to let me in and instead let me wait in the waiting room, not telling me what was going on, for about an hour. This service was absolutely unacceptable.

Brought my daughter to the ER and she was treated as less than a dog. We requested mental health help and the person who came in to do the "mental health eval" walked in with a referral sheet. Did not ask my daughter a single question, but treated her with hostility and degradation. When I informed them that she has a history of mental illness and I was worried she was going to kill herself. There was still not a single drop of compassion .
