Always always on hold.. and can never get in to see mine or my family's doctor! Never get a call back when they say they will! Rude receptionist! My doctor and other doctors I've seen are amazing so I guess that's my only reason for coming back. My husband did break his ankle this year and had a younger Asian doctor (not sure his name) tell him that he didn't think his ankle was broken when he looked at his X-ray, but after being sent home with no crutches or pain medicine was told to come back in because it was indeed broke... read more
I am sick of sending messages to a Dr and only part get to them.... just had a wasted visit... wasn't even being seen for what I called about... I'm pretty sure they just wanted my money.... so sad how that place has gone to crap!
Love my Doctor She always there for me when I seem to have so many problems !! Thank-you Andrea Strid and her assistant ! With the long blonde hair !! Can't remember her name but she is a real sweet girl!!
Dr Lai has been our family doctor for 3 yrs now. I have never had a bad experience with him.
Been coming here for a couple of years now and have always had a good experience.
The staff at the clinic always find the problems the staff at the ER miss. Dr. Stoneking and pa-c Tad Westdale care more about their patients than the robots at the hospital.
