Had an appointment this morning with Lillian stoneking. She was the most unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful physician I have EVER seen and experienced there. She did not care for the reason I was there but only to tell me how I should live my life according to how back in her day things were. I waited for over 40 minutes for her to even come in the room when I could hear her talking outside of it. I don't go to Lakefront a lot, but it is one of the nicecst clinic around! It's warm and welcoming.
I called at 8:15am to be seen. They scheduled me to come in at 9. I didn't have to wait! I was out by 9:20!
You have to be realistic about urgent care, there's gonna be a wait, so relax. My only complaint was how cold the exam room was, but my MA, Justine brought me blankets. Thank you so much!
Was late do to line for check in but my son was still seen very promptly
We are always treated well at Lakefront..The doctors there care about people. We don't always get our primary physician however we are taken care of.
Everyone was very nice and patient...They are helping me get better. They are great listeners, which helps a ton.
I read all the whiney complaints about the clinic and Dr.'s, but I tell you what, I am extremely happy with their service. If I am put on hold, I take it in stride. I am probably one of over thousands that use the clinic.....why shouldn't I wait my turn patiently. The staff, from the receptionists to the Dr. assistants treat me excellant and like they really care. Just repeat the old addage, "Treat others how you want to be treated." Your attitude will improve immediately.
From the check-in receptionist to dr. Stoneking and his nurse, everybody was very professional and made me feel very welcome.
