An exceptional owner that offers an exceptional service.
Mr. King is VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and has no people skills. However, most of their work is fairly good. People in the rural areas are just fascinated by the marching they do at the service. I remember an instance when their family car broke down in Paris and he talked to his wife (bless her soul) so bad that it was just UNBELIEVABLE. Many women were saying, "Why do you let this man talk to you like this?" I have seen him talk bad to his workers as well and many have left and went elsewhere. Your funeral home had two BEAUTIFUL WOMEN who meant alot to me there. I was so amazed both times. They looked like they where just laying there sleeping. It was so incredible how great of a job you did. And the director kept saying smile. I guess cause I was frowning. Awesome and so friendly...
