Dr. Purcell has been my primary care physician for 2 decades and has always been attentive to my needs. She is outstanding in the care she provides and is also well connected if you need a referral. I cannot say enough about her and the Peace Valley practice.
just about the best you could find, caring, respectful and listens to you. A wonderful person and great Practitioner.
I would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone. My family belonged to this practice for over ten years. My mother missed an appointment because my grand mother was rushed to the hospital. As a result, she was kicked out of the practice entirely and was told other patients, such as those with diabetes need the appointments more. She begged and pleaded with no resolve or sympathy. The way she was treated by HCPs and staff at this practice was appalling. I will never go back.
Dr. Purcell is very approachable, very thorough, and knowledgeable. She practices what she tells her patients. She's into healthy living, exercise, all that. I admire her.
