Dr Lipson did not review blood work. She prescribed an increase in medication without discussing it with me and then prescribing the wrong medicine. She did not discuss any preventative care and was unable to demonstrate compassion or attempt to understand my concerns. I have never experienced this kind of care.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Shaw for years. Dr. Shaw retired. Technically mother was still part of the practice. During COVID-19 and after, she was in a deep state of dementia and bedridden at home, being cared for by us and hospice. She died of Covid contracted by a family member. When the death certificate arrived, this was not listed as cause of death although verified by home testing and hospice nurse records. These records were sent to Dr. Purcell's office. We never received a call from Peace Valley. We wanted t... read more

My visit with Margaret Welch was the worst mental heath appointment I ever had. She has no bedside manner and did not smile once upon entering the room. She did not sit down at all during the appointment and talk to me since it was a mental health appointment. It was an awful experience. She stood the whole time typed notes on a computer from my input and then said I needed to see a psychiatrist, and proceeded to tell me she had consulted with another doctor before hand and they agreed upon this. There was no dialogue about ... read more

This is a well-run and efficient office. Dr. Purcell demonstrates how much she cares for her patients and takes the time to listen. She has treated me for 20 years.

After many years of seeing Dr. Diana Shaw, I was scared when she retired. Who else could listen and really hear what I was saying? Who else would give me real time and not rush me? Who else would understand how disheartening it was to gain and lose hundreds of pounds -- repeatedly over the years. Well, I'll tell you: Dr. Susan Purcell. Dr. Purcell is kind but not a pushover. Dr. Purcell is honest without weight-shaming. Dr. Purcell is hardworking and knows her medicine. I never wanted Dr. Shaw to retire, but when she did, I ... read more

Most of my family ended up having Dr Lipson thru the Ottsville office. She listened to her patients and spent time really addressing any concerns or issues.

My husband and my parents have been patients of the practice for years. Our insurance changed so I decided I would change as well. Love Dr. Abromowitz and was a patient of his at his former office in Doylestown. My parents have been patients of Dr.Shaw for years. I recently was admitted to Doylestown Hospital through the emergency room. I need to be released so I would be able to keep an appointment with an Oncologist in Abington. I needed a visiting nurse so I would not have to return to the hospital. Dr Shaw refused to app... read more
