I tried this establishment back in mid-to-late April and was content with the service provided. My assigned therapist left Peace of Mind at the end of April, and I received no follow-up communications with regards to being reassigned and/or continuing sessions at this location, despite my efforts to get in contact with Peace of Mind. In late June my account was charged by Peace of Mind, again without any form of communication from a representative since my last therapy session in April. I’ve been working with Heidi Fey for almost a year and she has been an incredible therapist. She truly listens and makes me feel heard and seen in every session. I would not recommend this Counseling Services. They set up appointments with my Minor Child that is 11 years old by phone bi- weekly. My child missed two appointments with the councilor. We being the parents were never made aware of by phone or text. They only sent emails to my wife whom does not view her email account often. We asked our daughter how the appointments were going and she said well. They charged my wives credit card $150.00 for each missed appointment totaling $300.00.
