I have used Peace of Mind Home Inspections for years, and have always received detailed and informative reports that were easy to read and decipher what was important or just minor issues. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Beware! We feel so ripped off! We were all naive to think POM was trust worthy! It has not been 2 years since we hired them to do a home inspection, in which they found $9,726 worth of "repairs needed." Super expensive but since we wanted to ensure the work was done good we trusted them... within a year the leak in a bathroom shower was leaking again! And now the dry rot roof they "fixed" is rotten! Poorly primed, leaking, and rotten again and just found out they applied a 0 yr warrant on their repair! Wonder why?!?! Friends... read more
