The cleaning staff are friendly and reliable. The actual cleaning is okay. Normally mopping the floors and wiping the baseboards are skipped. It seems they vacuum and spot clean the floors only. I know this because my floors are slippery when they are actually cleaned. But we don't like to complain every time and hope the next person does a better job. I believe my cleaner from Peace of Mind Concierge Service is the world's best! She dusts and cleans in places I didn't even think of! Also, the scheduler is easy to work with. This service is great.
I have had a couple different companies clean over the years. I am very happy to have found this company!! I haven't had a bad experience yet! The office is friendly and super easy to work with and I'm always satisfied with the cleans! Love that you can buy by the hours and get exactly what you need done that week!
Shannon has provided good service for months, I am happy with the service and have recommend it. One of my friends uses the service and refers to her cleaner as a Rock Star.
