These agents are awesome! They use every marketing strategy out there to sell your house and it's a good feeling. We recently listed with them and I have never seen a bigger deal open house. We had huge tall banners on the lawn, nice brochures in the house and even a mortgage broker on-site to pre-approve potential buyers.
