People said either buy your new home first or sell your old home afterward but don't do them at the same times! Well, we did it with the help from Gabriela! We sold our old place within days being put up on the market! Yes, it s a seller market but with her advice and knowledge of today market. It was a hot home on Refin and Zillow! Sure it was a little hard trying to time everything prefect but in the end we are settle in our new place, we are so happy to have Gabriela working for us!
