Liz Padilla realtor was a God send she was absolutely a professional. When things got tough with all the counter offers and legality’s. Liz took the time to patiently explain to us in layman’s terms so that we would understand. Liz stood firm along side of all our back and forth decisions. Handling three owner’s when selling the home she had her hands full. We appreciate all the patience late night after hours calls and text to keep us informed throughout the process! I definitely would recommend and use her in the future!

Selling a home can be stressful to say the least. I'm so glad that we chose Liz Padilla to be our agent. She not only answered our many, many questions, she did so after hours so that we wouldn't have to stress until the next business day for an answer. What I respect the most, is that she was honest when she wasn't sure about something. "I'm not sure, but I'll find out." That goes a long way with me.
