Sadly, the staff at this location are unprofessional and confused. I sat for an hour in the waiting room and ultimately was told that they could not help me. I do not recommend this service.
I was in Irvine on business and ended up getting a case of bronchitis. The hotel recommended i go see PDQ since it was nearby. They got me in right away and got me on some meds that kicked out the bronchitis in fairly short order. Seem like really nice folks.
This office knows how to do Video Visits I will tell you! I had a medical issue and all it took was a video visit 10 minutes and off to the pharmacy I go... It was that simple and that great... no hassle, super easy! thank you PDQ for making my life easier!!
