Easy and Professional. The lady that helped me out here was polite and professional and walked me through everything to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Super easy process renting from here. I highly recommend you check this place out rather than renting in vancouver. You save quite a bit not paying state taxes. Just had the best experience at this U-Haul location! Justin and the other older gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t get his name), are the epitome of customer service! I’ve never felt so helped as I did here!
Will never waste money on this location again, rudest customer service, shouting things at me from the back room, let alone the girl named "Zach" behind the counter had a horrible snotty attitude that made things difficult and stressful from the beginning. We were over charged for miles. Overall this place is horrible to their customers. I'd look elsewhere. 🤢
Good rates, quiet, and GREAT communication. There was an incident that was reported to me immediately while they were diligently checking the property that THANKFULLY turned out to be a false alarm. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY that they let me know, even though there was no issue. Also, they consistently keep me informed on my billing cycles and when the autopay goes through, ELIMINATING the guess work.
