Best storage facility I’ve ever had! (And I’ve had wayyyy too many) I’ve had the BEST customer service from Alan. He definitely goes above and beyond every time I’ve seen/talked to him! A++++

The man who helped me, an older gentleman, was so very kind and helpful. Just a very pleasant interaction from start to finish. Exemplary customer service. He should train all staff of all customer facing industries!

Easy and Professional. The lady that helped me out here was polite and professional and walked me through everything to make sure I didn't have any other questions. Super easy process renting from here. I highly recommend you check this place out rather than renting in vancouver. You save quite a bit not paying state taxes. Good rates, quiet, and GREAT communication. There was an incident that was reported to me immediately while they were diligently checking the property that THANKFULLY turned out to be a false alarm. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY that they let me know, even though there was no issue. Also, they consistently keep me informed on my billing cycles and when the autopay goes through, ELIMINATING the guess work.
