I ordered a brand new computer from pcw. I paid 500 for it. When I got home I found that there was no warranted and the manufacturers warranty was not in the box. Someone else's disk was in the computer and someone's pictures were on the computer already. I tried to speak to the owner, Kevin but he hid in the back and sent some kid to tell me that he did put someones information on the computer but they never picked it up. I know this isn't true. Forget about Nerds to Go...Forget about Geek Squad...If your computer is broken or getting eaten alive by a Trojan.. run to PCW. These guys rock! Service is prompt and courteous. Prices are very reasonable I've taken a laptop to them in the past and walked out of there completely assured! Awesome work!

PC warehouse, beware! save your receipt! make sure you have no personal data on your computers! the staff will steal it! not fix your computer laugh at you over the phone! You will still have to pay to get your computer back after they have not repaired it good luck go somewere else first! they keep no records of purchases and sales
