We worked with them on window replacement after a storm. The insurance company turned me down when I showed him the damage. PCS staff worked with the insurance company and we ended up getting $40,000 of Pella windows paid by the insurance company. They clearly did a good job. Secondly the installation worked smoothly. We are using them again.---Keith

Lee S. PCS did an incredible job for us. They were at our side the entire way, from working with the insurance company to doing the replacement work to doing repair work on an unforeseen issue. I'm a property Manager in the North East Metro of the twin cities. I recently worked with PCS to reroof and reside a 72 unit townhome association in Oakdale. Having gone through a few of these projects, you never know what level of service you will receive from one end of the project to completion. Most unreliable. In August 2019 PCS (Eric Kollauf) cold called on my house and suggested to inspect windows and other exterior features for damage. I agreed. Prior to inspection visit both PCS and I have signed a contract for PCS services to me. Two weeks later PCS inspected the windows, found hail damage and worked out an estimate, which was eventually submitted to insurance company. I've had PCS twice now, 2007 and 2019. Both times they didn't disappoint me. Everything went so smooth both times. I've recommended them to neighbors and friends. They went with them also and said I was right! They were outstanding with them also! Also, Tim made everything easy, from the first meeting and getting on my roof to the final project being finished! PCS replaced our hail damaged windows in a very timely way. There were issues with the manufacturing of the windows which left some gouges in the frames.. PCS ensured the window manufacturer took care of the problem and were very professional about it. I was impressed with PCS and every employee we dealt with.

PCS installed our new windows after incurring hail damage. They assisted with the insurance claim, making it surprisingly pain-free. Rather than replace the windows with the same style, PCS offered design options that make the new windows so much more stunning than the previous ones. A few of my neighbors have stopped by to admire them, and they all agree that they look fantastic!

Our experience with PCS and the team was outstanding. From the initial, unsolicited contact where Tim came and pointed out our damage, to the coordination with the insurance company, to the meetings with window people, to the installers and the finishers, everything was professional.
