We had PCS replace a roof on 2 of our town home units. In 2020 they previously did 6 units and all owners were very satisfied. PCS won the bid to do the 2022 roofing work and we were very glad to have them back based on previous experiences. The roofs were done to our quality standards. There was only sight damage on 1 existing gutter. Josh was our PCS Site Manager. He was very professional and at site continuously during the work. The cleanup was well done. No plants or furniture were damaged. We have 2 happy home owners.
