Lana and her amazing team care so much for their clients and it shows. My husband and I were first time home buyers and had so many questions and didn't know where to start. Not only did our realtor Danielle help us through every step of the process, but she was there for us answering any questions we had, day and night. She was so patient with us and helped make sure we were in a home that we loved and would be the best for us. I can't recommend them enough!
We had to point out countless mistakes we caught in the paperwork, our closing date and times were changed when they couldn’t make the appointment, they forgot our lease break fee and payment for contractors, etc. It felt like I was putting more work in than the actual agent.
They are on point at every step of the process and their team is phenomenal!!!!!! Debi answered my phone calls or responded to my texts even on the weekends and after hours. No time was ever a bad time. They are always prepared and Brian Adams is the timeline man behind the seen to keep everything on schedule. Just an amazing experience!!!!
