Lana was exceptional! We moved from out of state and she did a FaceTime walk thru, gave exact details of the property then was at the house for inspections. She helped every step of the way and even recommended a great lender (Alice with VU). We closed from out of state and everything was ready when we arrived. Could not have asked for a better experience! She understands the military life and worked so hard to make it easy for us during our PCS. Lana did an outstanding job from start to finish. Even with a short timeline, she was able to assist us in quickly preparing our home for sale, having outstanding photos taken to showcase the house, and getting the house on the market through a wide variety of websites and markets. Lana kept us informed throughout the entire process and spent countless hours walking us through every aspect of the sale; we were never left in the dark. We would definitely recommend her to anyone!
