The doctor we saw was very cold and showed no sympathy or feeling at all. Yes, I was older to begin with—I was 42 when I first visited, diagnosed with endometriosis. They told me there was a 0% chance of having my own child and that I would need a donor egg. That’s probably true, but isn’t it also correct that nothing is final in fertility until menopause? My wife and I were treated to the BEST of reception, hospitality and utmost respect at this facility. It’s beyond their profession, there’s a personal touch to this place. The doctor was so kind and elaborate. 10/10!
From the start, we didn't feel right here. They really tried to rush us to a decision (the biggest payout for them) when we wanted to look at every avenue. Told my partner there was no point as "he was the issue". Also, why aren't consult calls via video? Just over the phone is so impersonal. They didn't want to answer our questions but wanted all the info from us. My ultrasound was so uncomfortable and the doctor's bedside manner was awful. Will not be continuing with them. Do not recommend.
