UPDATE REVIEW: 10/2026 I am posting this publicly because PCOM Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) has completely blocked my phone number and email address rather than addressing severe, documented scheduling and administrative breakdowns. I have filed formal grievances, and will be working with an IBX counselor to resolve this. They cancelled my appointments twice without notice. Cannot get through via phone or email. I will be pursuing action via formal complaint to the State Licensing board and my own health insurance company for access-to-care violations, and failure to honor in-network physician referral. Edited to add- instead of a canned response from the owner, maybe they could actually call me back ? Called last week again and this morning. There is no way to get ahold them. I’d absolutely love a chance to speak with this owner. Called three times before someone called me back a week later. I even emailed one of the doctors. They can’t be bothered to take new patients. For 20+ years this practice has been caring for my kids, my ex-husband, and me. Dr. Levin is our current doctor; we completely trust and rely on him. He sees us as whole people, listens, and utilizes the whole breadth of medical knowledge to ensure we walk out better than when we walked in. Everyone in the family thinks of him when any problem crops up, new or old, age-related or due to youthful exuberance.
