They cancelled my appointments twice without notice. Cannot get through via phone or email. I will be pursuing action via formal complaint to the State Licensing board and my own health insurance company for access-to-care violations, and failure to honor in-network physician referral. I’d absolutely love a chance to speak with this owner. Called three times before someone called me back a week later. I even emailed one of the doctors. They can’t be bothered to take new patients. For 20+ years this practice has been caring for my kids, my ex-husband, and me. Dr. Levin is our current doctor; we completely trust and rely on him. He sees us as whole people, listens, and utilizes the whole breadth of medical knowledge to ensure we walk out better than when we walked in. Everyone in the family thinks of him when any problem crops up, new or old, age-related or due to youthful exuberance.
Dr Alexander Nichols is wonderful! My pcp doctor recommended him to me many years ago. I could only sit, stand or lay down for 20 minutes at a time . I was on disability from my job. For almost 3 years I suffered with Arthritis throughout my body. Medical doctors just gave pain meds but didn’t solve my problems. I had heard about spinal manipulation and asked my doctor.
