I was very pleased with the doctors and staff. nice and clean and proper. cambria site.
It’s sad to have to do this. I’ve been with this healthcare center for over 5 years and as of recent the office has been very unorganized and not what I’m used to. I faxed a form over to be completed by my doctor over 3 weeks ago. This form will get me back to work. I have called almost every day since I’ve sent the form and not 1 time has anybody called me to let me know what’s going on or even been able to answer my questions. Called and called to get results that they received and have still not called back. Apparently the doctor was not in and that message was never relied to any other physician that was available to just READ the results. Since it's a long weekend, of course we have to wait for something that could have been resolved or just let the patient know if they have a fracture or not. What a joke.
my experience was absolutely amazing from delilah at the front desk who was extremely helpful and so pleasant to dr. grzybowski who provided stellar treatment and compassion along with her medical student marwa and the great phlebotomist shelley, who had the patience of a saint and all the intake nurses and staff are top tier! if you are looking for a great family practice I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. definitely a 100 of of 10!!!
