I have mixed feelings about this practice. My experience during my visit was great. Dr. Tanaka was very great, informative and kind. The medical student she had with her was very thorough. Overall I felt the exam was very comprehensive and better than I expected. But unfortunately the communication outside of the visit has left me feeling dissatisfied. By far one of the worst offices in the city they have no way to contact the actual office directly. After taking the time to call off work they failed to complete my daughter’s paperwork for school fully and when trying to get in contact with someone I always got transferred to a call center. Do not go here unless you are able to drop everything and go straight to the office just to get concerns and questions answered. Delilah, the pulmonary critical care coordinator, has been exceptional during every interaction for over a year that I’ve been coming to the office. She is extremely organized and always on top of what paperwork needs to happen in order for patients to get their medicine promptly. When you meet Delilah you can see how kind she is and the positive impact she has on patients.
