These high reviews are baffling. The doctor was over an hour late. He clearly did not know who I was, or what my file contained. When I called him out on speaking incorrectly of my health history, he tried to change his answer (and still got it wrong). Did not go over the risks, long term use, or why I was a good candidate for this treatment, even when directly asked. In fact, my pain was never actually discussed. If the clinic actually ran based on appointment times it would be 5 stars but normally you’re never on time! People leaving work during your lunch hour must know you’re always going to be late. Great doctor but frustrating being late every time!
I have been going here for over a year. I can honestly say my experience has been better than I had expected. Dr Johnson is careful, listens to me 100%. He shows compassion and kindness and I always leave feelings positive. His staff is exceptional...again compassion and a positive attitude. I highly recommend.
