My doctor referred me here because I have rheumatoid arthritis which effects the joints, I went through the 1st phone appointment last Friday, today they called and told me they don't treat people with joint pain from Rheumatoid arthritis, heads up, shady clinic. My doctor is a rheumatologist aswell. I did not enjoy my experience at this facility. Front staff- minimal interaction but she remembers who you are and it’s a very short interaction. Nurses- there to do their job. Not rude, but they don’t try to go above and beyond. Dr Kamawi- treats you like an assembly line. Does not want to be apart of your care team, does not remember you at all, She is there to stab you with needles whether you are feeling relief or not. One positive from her is she sent me off to be someone else’s problem.
I was referred here from my family Doctor for wide spread pain. Seen Dr Kamawi Malalai, I have nerve compression in my back and Lumbar spondylosis and possible Fibromyalgia And she never even did any kind of exam just got me to bend down and moved one leg, She Was mostly concerned about why I have no teeth very unrelated to why I was there, she kept talking about like the whole time.
