I recently purchased a new mattress and bed frame. I always find the salespeople very knowledgeable, courteous, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. When I need an appliance or tv etc...I never go anywhere else but PC Richards. I also love working with the store Mgr Gerard!
What can I say, Lester Seaman will be my husbands and I go to guy! He helped us get a vacuum for my grandmother and a GPS for my father in law. He knows his products and gave us the information we needed to make our decision, along with information we need for other appliances we are going to be purchasing from him very soon.
Nice guys, knowledgeable, friendly, , patient, helpful, decent prices and large selection. Gerard was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. He was patient and explained all.
