I shopped with Randy to get a mattress. He was very knowledgable and excellent. He got me exactly what I needed. Will shop here again!! Everyone was very friendly, great experience.
Everyone in this Store is Great. I've been a loyal customer for 10 years. The staff and management are always helpful even when you come in with a complaint the go the extra mile to make you happy. The price is always fair and competitive the service is outstanding.

We purchased a washer machine and I am totally dissatisfied! My clothes are coming out of the machine wrinkled and looking terrible. I go to the store to return it and purchase a new one and I am told that I need to go through service first. Then they will decide if they will take the machine back. The are passing this off to the manufacturer. I am obviously not happy!!
So I am a firm beleiver of giving positive feedback when deserved! This past Friday we walked into P.C. Richard & Son in Lake Grove/Stony Brook to look into getting a new mattresses (yes... they now sell Mattresses) Sam greeted us... was friendly, plolite and did not "pressure" us. He helped us make the best choie for us. I went back on Saturday and purchased a new mattress and even picked up an adjustable box spring for Mom so she can sleep with her back raised a bit!
